SHIPPING POLICY
  • All orders received before 12:00 noon EST (business day) generally ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST may ship the next business day.
  • Orders that contain multiple items, photos, or engraving may take longer to ship.
  • The non-continental United States or International orders usually take longer than shipping within the Continental United States.
  • To provide you with the best customer service we reserve the right to choose the carrier that provides the best service (UPS, USPS or FedEx).

PLEASE NOTE: When selecting a shipping method, keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends.

FREE shipping ~ Automatic discount
FREE ground shipping is available for online orders only of at least $875 within the continental United States. Free Shipping is applied automatically and you don't need to add a coupon.

Items from the following categories are excluded from free shipping. To apply this promotion, please ensure your shopping cart does not contain any of these products:
  • Non-stocked items (urns by other brands. Their SKU starts with DS)
  • Marble (Cultured and Genuine), except for Mackenzie products, which are included.
  • Special Order Items (e.g. Engraving, Custom pictures, etc.)
  • Rock Salt Urns

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, FedEx or freight service.

Returned products: In the case of returned products that were purchased with free shipping, and the return disqualifies the original order from this promotion (balance is less than $875), the customer will be billed shipping charges for the original order or have said shipping charges deducted from the return amount. 


Bogati Flat Rate
Bogati offers a flat rate of $10 for small, lightweight items. It also provides other flat rate options based on the total weight of the products. These options are ideal for items that are not needed urgently, with shipments typically made within 3 business days. Please note, non-stocked items from other brands are excluded from the flat rate. 


International Orders

Non-stocked items can only be shipped within the continental U.S.

For orders shipped outside the U.S., it is the buyer's responsibility to cover all import fees, including duties and tariffs. If a package is returned to us due to non-payment, shipping fees will not be refunded. Please check with your country's customs department before making a purchase.

Please note that due to international policies and regulations, our Non-stocked items and some wooden products may not be able to be shipped.  Please remove these products from your shopping cart in order to get  a shipping estimate and proceed with your purchase.

If you would like to order any of these products, we suggest contacting your local authorities to double-check with them if they are regulated, or if they require permits. We'll be more than happy to assist and do what seems necessary to help you during the process.

Please note all costs associated with permits fees will be at the customer's expense.
