Website Image & Content Use Policy

Bogati Urns provides select copyrighted materials, including product images and descriptions, for customer use under specific conditions. To protect the integrity of our brand and intellectual property, all customers must adhere to the following guidelines.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Bogati Urns website—including product images, descriptions, and text—is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. These restrictions are in place to preserve content integrity and prevent unauthorized distribution. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions violates our intellectual property rights and may result in enforcement actions.

Prohibited Actions

• Removing watermarks from any images is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of copyright laws.
• Reproducing or distributing any website content without written permission is not allowed.
• Official product images and content may only be obtained through an approved request and will be provided exclusively via email from bogati.design@bogatiurns.com or design@bogatiurns.com.

Image Request & Usage Guidelines

• Customers must create their own product content, including SKUs, titles, and descriptions.
• If a product is a Bogati-exclusive product, this must be clearly noted in the customer’s listing.
• Customers may request a maximum of 10 images at a time, with an annual limit of 30 images per customer.
• Image requests may be made only once per month.
• Bogati Urns will share only the first image of each product (clipped product on a white background).

Restrictions on Bogati-Exclusive Products

• Starting January 1, 2025, images of Bogati-exclusive products will no longer be available for sharing.
• Bogati Urns reserves the right to sell Bogati-exclusive products exclusively through our website and not through any other platforms or third-party sellers.
• Bogati Urns reserves the right to withhold any information regarding Bogati-exclusive products.
• We reserve the right to manage access to Bogati Exclusive products.

Policy Enforcement

Non-compliance with this policy may result in temporary suspension of your account, with the possibility of further action if violations continue. To request official product images, please submit a request through the appropriate channels.
