FREE ground shipping is available for online orders only of at least $875 within the continental United States.

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground Service or via a freight service. Check our Shipping policies for more information.

With our Bogati Points Program, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases through our store. Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem them for $1 in credit toward a future order.

VIP Tier System
Our VIP program rewards loyal customers with bonus points and exclusive perks:

• Bronze – All customers start here
• Silver – Earned after spending $5,000 - Includes a one-time bonus of 500 points
• Gold – Earned after spending $10,000 - Includes a one-time bonus of 1,000 points

Tiers reset every calendar year on January 1. Be sure to use your benefits and redeem any points before they expire.

Important Details

• Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity.
• Points are non-transferable and tracked per customer account.
• You can earn up to 15,000 points maximum. Once you reach this limit, you’ll need to redeem some points before earning more.
• A minimum of 500 points is required to redeem.
• Points can be applied only to orders of $30 or more (before taxes and shipping).

• If you cancel an order that was partially paid with points, the points used for that order will not be refunded.

Program Exclusions

• Please note: Dropshippers, FPG partners, distributors, and representatives are excluded from the Bogati Points Reward Program.
• Non-stocked items (SKUs starting with DS) do not accumulate points.
