How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. For items that are returned not due to damaged or defective product, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
If your return is past 30 days, it is up to our discretion to accept the return. The return shipping on all returns past 30 days (if approved) will be paid by customer.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Urns can not be returned if they have already been filled with the cremains.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return refunds and Credits
For product refunds or credits, it is our discretion whether or not the defective or incorrect product is shipped back to us. Hold all defective or incorrect products for return to us. No refunds or credits will be issued if we do not receive returned products.
If there was an error in ordering on the part of the customer, a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
All returns that are not defective or damages, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, will have this fee deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
